Despite such confirmations, it is only a possibility, as Julian Murphy has stated that there is not any final or confirmed decision regarding the sixth season; it is just talks, but serious ones at that. And because it is a serious matter, he doesn’t expect a clear cut final answer any time soon, and he said that he alongside all the fans of the show will have to wait a while until a final decision is taken.

Another thing that the fans will have to be patient about is the possibility of a movie version of the series and the spin off animated show. He said that there has always been talks concerning these two things, but still, a final decision on either of them still needs some time.

The executive producer of the show also gave a few hints concerning cast details for the 5th season, as he has confirmed the rumors that revolve around the fact that Alexander Vlahos will take Butterfield’s spot as Morded.

He continued and said that Merlin’s new episodes will most likely premier in autumn after the premier of the 4th season in October of last year. Concerning this, he said that it is expected that the show will be in a time slot war with The X Factor.

On another note, the creators of Merlin, Julian Murphy and Johnny Capps have previously announced that there is a possibility that the show Merlin would actually go beyond 5 seasons. It all depends on how the show will do in rating and popularity.

As Arthur looks to react to a request from one of his villagers for help with an illness that nothing seems to treat, Gaius is incapable to take a trip because of an episode of perspiration illness in Camelot. So he delivers Merlin in his position, guaranteeing Arthur that Merlin has the healthcare understanding to create a complete review on his behalf. He is accompanied with the Knights and Gwen, who is a companion of the town lady confirming the condition.

Now Merlin gets an opportunity to discover another part of his capabilities, outside of keeping Arthur’s lifestyle. On their take a trip again to Camelot, they come upon a waif of a young lady in the grip of a number of bandits, and choose to save her. The young lady seems to be a dependent and inadequate person, but looks are inaccurate here with the person known as Lamia.

One by one she performs some spell over the Knights in combat, beginning with awesome and muscle Percival, producing their concentrate to only her. As they accept take her house, they will quit at nothing to complete this pursuit. They also become competitive, irritable, and fast to rage. Battles crack out amongst them, and Lamia spurns Merlin and Gwen.

It would seem that a bad young lady recovered from the difficult arms and fingers of bandits would first adhere to the closest lady, who would seem most simple to her, but Lamia declines any developments of care from Gwen, and the only man she concerns is Merlin. Of all the men around her, Merlin is the least actually imposing! But she knows something about him that others never, such as the Knights in combat who intimidate him and actually structure over him in an attempt to satisfy their commitment to Lamia against Merlin’s better thinking.

In the adventure, Lamia easily vanishes, and the Knights in combat neglect the risk provided by a adventure already complete with and continues to be of apparently thousands of other men and knights to look for her. Gwen and Merlin are harassed into remaining put with the subconscious Elyan.

Gaius is finally able to treat everyone including the villagers.

But what is the main worry: will doctor keep the secret or Merlin might be in danger?

Gaius has been selected as the informer of Agravaine to narrate the deatails of Emrys’ attacks on Morgana and her precious Fomorroh. Though his interferences had made them upset hence throwing him out of his way is just a step ahead. Hence two-pronged attack is being taken to just overtake an aged man.

The main exciting part appears when both the main characters come face to face: Merlin and Morgana. She is been joined by Alator, who has the right information about the existence of Emrys. Well the happier part is she has been knocked out of the magic then on speaking to merlin, he declared that he along with the other sorcerers will be sacrificing their lives such that merlin keeps his secret under the bed for a longer while.

Agravaine realy had a hard time while carrying out the death sentence of Gaius, when he is being found out. As usual, Slippery convinces Gwain to be present for recuing him. Though he is good but how will be able to slip out at the right point? Well without this, he has to reach the fifth season just to avoid revealing.

When Arthur comes for apology to Merlin (who is been send for some work) and Gaius (for doubting him always), this becomes a very touchy humanizing moment for Arthur. Gaius on the other hand, takes advantage of the situation and lets him know that the old sorcerer had come to heal his father had no intentions to kill. This will certainly grow some interests as to find out who is Merlin.

Thereby merlin becomes the hero of this episode after finding out where Gaius had been caged in Agravaine’s rooms. After all he was in a rescue mission. Though Agravaine and Morgana know that who is on them, now they are ready to face it which follows the magical torture of Alator.

Don’t you agree this season to be the best one with solo missions of Merlin? Will Agravaine be able to remain as a spy for long enough or will Gaius be rescued with the help of Morgana and Agravaine? This season is growing too interesting to let it miss!

Of course you just can’t ignore the Merlin attempted to kill Arthur. This was a hilarious experience to watch out in A Servant of Two Masters. It was really unfortunate for King Arthur and his knights to be jailed under the custody of Morgana. There is urgency for Agravaine to kill him but she had found him to be of very important source to be utilized.

There is the presence of another creepy creature which is cutely named as Fomorrah that is found to be a serpent which is seven headed and had used dark magic and was also a priestess friend. During the war, when one head was chopped off then another head had cropped up in its place just like the phoenix. The chopped off part was then placed at the neck base of a person that gives them the power of a priestess. Morgana had used it to place its thought in Merlin’s head that would take place only after it has consumed fulfilling. Ultimately, there was nothing new when Arthur was said to be killed by her.

Though once he was fully recovered he would again go for searching out for a better servant. The reason of his search is a juvenile and energised person that would be much better than the present boring one. There were innumerable features to be faced. At first attempt, he was poisoned with aconite then wolf’s bane which Gwen had already fed Arthur thence his food has automatically gone to the pig!

There was also an attempt with a cross bow that was ripped with armoire of fire not before Merlin comes and opens up the door. Finally the ceremonial sword is to be given that Gwen and Gaius had realised the intentions of Arthur to be killed. Hence she does beat him over the head before author could be saved. The remedial measures that were taken indeed had failed a lot. It was later realised that the bath water was an acid medium that prevented from this conversion.

A comic conclusion: If you look at the plot then there isn’t anything mysteriously hidden in it but there are some excellent comedic moments that had spilled in great fun among the audiences. Especially when Merlin goes to kill Arthur, it was the magical battle between the two great legends, Merlin and Morgana.

Callis’ first appearance will be in an episode titled Aithusa. In the episode, Callis will meet court physician Gaius who was once Callis’s mentor.

Borden was formerly a student of Gaius but he left Camelot when the great Purge was happening. He however came back to Camelot seeking the Triskelion’s 3rd part. The Triskelion is a very old object that can lead the holder to where the last dragon’s egg is located.

Even though Gaius strictly warned him not to help Borden, Merlin offered his help to Borden because he wanted to accomplish his responsibility as the Last Dragon Lord to make sure the species lives on. However things took a dramatic turn after Merlin found out what Borden really wanted to do with the egg.

In the previous two seasons of Merlin the main function of Kilgharrah, the Great Dragon has been to offer Merlin counsel and see him through periods of very big threat. The Great Dragon also played a significant role in the show’s first season.

Colin Morgan (Merlin) stated, “Merlin has shown in the previous two seasons that he can do without the Dragon. During the initial parts of the first season, Merlin confided in the Dragon, He needed the dragon to help him. But they gradually became distant, and it was not clear what the Dragon’s motives were.

Morgan however added that the bond between Merlin and Kilgharrah cannot be broken. “Merlin can command the Dragon at any time, because he is the Dragon Lord. This is really a fine quality, but it would be more interesting finding out if Arthur and the Dragon will get to meet one another, how Arthur will react to it.”

The next Merlin episode will air 10p.m on Friday ET/PT on Syfy, and in that episode the Dragon will meet a yet to be disclosed character. Fans will get to find out this character’s identity in the coming Merlin episode titled Aithusa

However, recently, the show seems to be breaking away from these trappings and it attempts to do more adult storytelling. This was clearly seen in the last two episodes of season 2, which saw the show go through its darkest material, for example when Merlin was forced to kill a trusted friend in order to save the kingdom. Though the murder was not successful, it still reflected upon the fact that this was not the show’s finest hour.

In season three, the show still tried to blend its family tone with the more serious things. As a result, the season had some awful comedy trends and it turned out to be one of the worst that the show has produced. However, the most interesting thing about the third season was its two part finale, which suggested that the next season would be nothing short of amazing.

In addition, this was reinforced by every commentary from each of the cast members of the series, who all agreed that season four would by far be the best that the series had produced. Season four of the series was said to be more violent and darker than the other seasons of the show. It was also stated that the season would be more into the serialized narrative as opposed to the stand alone episodes in the other seasons. In addition, the season also had some exiting events, for example, Arthur ruling instead of his father and the formation of the Knights of the Round Table.

The other amazing thing about this season is that it is shot on 35mm film, which happens to be the standard theatrical film, thus, making the show much better. The picture is sharper and the color contrast seems to be much better as compared to the previous seasons. All in all, they seem to have better shots, better locations and better sets. It also seems as if the budget for the show has been increased as everything about Merlin this year seems better.

The premiere of the season starts after a year of the previous season, which seems to work well despite the fact that in most cases, a jump does not settle well with viewers. In this season, the Knights of the Round Table are still present and Morgana is set t be the season’s biggest threat. Arthur is not yet King but he is acting as ruler and Uther is still suffering from his mental breakdown.

Merlin snaps all ties from none other than his own friends. However, his decision proved to be quite fatal since villains corned him. However, as the sequence of events develops, he manages to kill Agravaine.

As Merlin and his company gets united together, he turns back so that he can get in touch with his friends. However, Arthur is passing with a difficult phase since his girlfriend did not turn out to be true to the relationship which he had. His low self esteem is the result of the same as well.

Merlin has a plan in order to ease Arthur quite like the way he was before. He takes the help of a dragon so that a plan can be devised which will eventually help in restoring the self belief of Arthur too.

Merlin is leading the king in the forest narrating him about the formation of the five kingdoms. It had happened that the first king who was worthy of the throne of Camelot had a knife inserted into the stone. There was a popular belief that who ever gets it removed is indeed fully apt for the throne as well.

Arthur is directed to the aforesaid stone where every one seems to be waiting perhaps all of them wanted to see what will happen. All of them are looking with great curiosity and have only one question whether he will be able to remove it or not. Firstly, he finds it a great challenge to remove it, but he gets a lot of motivation from Merlin who assures him that he is destined to get the task done since it is in his blood to get the throne as well.

Thanks to a minor assistance for the magic of Merlin he is able to successfully get the task done and in this way his faith is again restored as well.

Another sequence of the story is in progress where Emrys is quite a busy person. Merlin transforms himself as a dragon. Preventing a guard to work in a normal way he steals his clock, he again gets back to his earlier position. However in the process a shocked Morgana had seen Emrys

When Morgana wanted to rest and sleep, little did she know that Merlin had already done magic by placing an item under her bed. Tristan and Isolde are quite moved by the great work of Arthur and they wanted him to fight from his side

Morgana is sitting on the throne. Gaius is on the path of treating the wounds of kings while Percival and Gwaine are doing their best in barricading the whole area in order to delay horde. The only thing which is going in the mind of Merlin is to make Arthur in a safe position. He is also aware of the fact that Arthur will not be willingly leaving Camelot. However in order to follow every bit of his command he transforms it into a warlock. In this way he is able to take him to the place where he wish to. Arthur is taken away by Percival while Merlin reluctantly follows the instructions of Galius.

Later on, as the sequence of events develop where Percival, Merlin and Arthur are on the outer side of Camelot. They met with Elyan. The army of Morgana in well trained horses peruse the group but in haste they lose the line of Percival. However, Elyan does not prove to be quite lucky and he is overpowered by the enemy. He is being asked the whereabouts of Arthur but he does not tell the exact location of Arthur. However, in spite of being tortured with great force, he finally succumbs to their pressure.

Arthur is still not in his mental balance since he was earlier cast a spell by Merlin. He adorns the dress of a farmer in order to hide his identity. However as he and Merlin are in the process of their journey they happen to come across Isolde and Tristan. They are crooks who are out smuggling. Merlin desired that both of them should go with them to the kingdom of Lott. Initially Tristan refused to go but he agreed as soon as he saw gold which was there with Arthur. It is to be noted that both if them did not have the slight idea that Arthur had once ruled the kingdom.

As the time passed and in the next morning Arthur was in his own state of mind since the spell had become ineffective. Watch the episode for more.
